I booked a PEO at Croydon (SET O) a month ago for next week, but am being sent to Glasgow for work that week. I already cancelled and re-booked online, do I need to re pay the £100 or can I just bring my letter stating that I have already paid (and a copy of the cancellation and rebooking email)? Also my letters are addressed to Croydon office, will this pose a problem at all?

Were you asked to pay £100, full fee or nothing while rescheduling?

The UKBA website, a bit confusing, states a full refund is given if the appt is cancelled 5 days before. And rescheduling includes cancelling and then booking a new one essentially

I paid for the initial appointment, then had to cancel and re-book in Glasgow.
