Hi,
I have ILR in UK, but since last few months i was jobless, hence left UK.
I am not in UK since last few months, now in overseas i got a job, they are considering me for working for them here and then after few months move to there UK office.
Can i still have my ILR valid since if worked outside UK for 1-2 months.
Thus it in any ways effect my ILR status and British Citizenship approch or Moving back to UK

Regards

The absence period that results in loss of indefinite status, and the absence periods for BC are completely different.

I was jobless before leaving UK for about 6 months
Hence left UK, Before leaving UK i was having ILR for more than a year

Does my ILR Status remains, if i move out of UK and work there for few months and then decide to come back to UK.

Where by my stay out side is like 4 months out side UK of 4 months 1-2 months was working outside UK.

Now i am offered a job in UK by the same company for which i am working currently.

So can i come back to UK, with my earlier ILR Stamp
Or should apply for a new visa to be able to work again in UK

Click the link I supplied above! You should be able to return as your stay outside the UK was less than 2 years, tell them you intend to settle in the UK if asked.
