Please gurus can you help me with the query below:

I planned to apply for ILR on 26th of September by post
I have earned £35,200 from 1 July 2012 till 24th April 2013.
No earning in May 2013
Earned £2700 in June 2013.

As I need 12 consecutive months within 15 months before application, can my claim period be from 1 July till 30 April or 1 July till 20th of June?
My application date is 26th of September.

Please advice. Thanks

Claim period can be any consecutive 12 months (or less) as long as you make the criteria, if you include till June then May earnings will be zero

As far as you earned required level, it doesnt necessorliy to be 12 months. I got my ilr with required earning in 8 months, but must be consective.tx

Please I just need to know if as a Company Director, I need to pay my Corporation Tax before my ILR submission. My company year ended in May 31st from 1st of June 2012. My ILR submission is 30th September 2013 and my claim period is 10 months (July 2012 to April 2013).

HMRC stipulates that I can pay my corporation tax 9 months after the company year ended.

Is there any rule that states that I need to pay the corporation tax before sending my ILR application?

Thanks in antipation of your advice.

Regards.
