Hi All,

Just I would like to know which form do we need to use for 10 years Long Residence for Indefinite Leave to Remain Visa.

I have checked in home office website but they are two forms are there i.e, form SET(LR) and form FLR(LR). I'm confusing which form do I need to use here.

I've completed my 10 years legally.

Could you please advise on this.

If you have also satisfied all the requirements for ILR, including KOL and have no criminality restrictions, then it's SET(LR). Else, it's FLR(LR).

Thank you very much for your advise......Vinny!

The following documents that I'm submitting to this.

1. Life in UK test certificate
2. Present Biometric Residence Permit
3. Employment Letter
4. Payslips - 6 months
5. Bank Statements - 6 months

They mentioned in guide need photocopies against original documents.

Is it enough or else?

give details and evidence for proof of your address for last ten years if not at least for last five years...and provide as much as evidence to prove it..GOOD luck
