hiya. i am currently on a spouse visa . my 2 years period will complete on Nov 20 ,2013.i am planning to apply for ILR before 28th OCT 2013. i have done my ESOL Entry 3 as well.
i visited Pakistan for 4 weeks during this period of spouse visa.
will it make me any trouble with ILR?
kindly advice me when is the best time for me to apply for ILR ?

my detail are given below
Visa issued , 26th OCT 2011
entered in UK 20th NOV 2011.
back to Pakistan 1st Jan 2012.
Returned to UK 29th Jan 2012.
staying in the UK since Jan 2012
Visa Expiry date . 26 th Jan 2014.

From 28 days before 20th NOV 2013. Given your absence was limited it should not prove an issue providing you meet the other requirements including KoLL (click) i.e. the Life in the UK test.
