Hi, I had been granted ILR in August 2013 under Tier 2 ICT.
My wife is applying for ILR next month and she is staying with me in the the UK since August 2010 i.e 3+ years.
Her immigration history :-
August 2010 to April 2013 - Tier 2 ICT Dependent
March 2013 to Jan 2015 - Tier 2 ICT Dependent
Is she eligible to apply for ILR under 2+ years rule?

Hi All,
Sorry for all simple questions, I will briefly put my history before getting into queries. I got my ILR in May started contracting from July. For my wife and kid's ILR should I be taking any documentation from contracting like payslips dividend letters, business bank statements etc.
