ILR – Employer Reference letter – HELP REQUIRED

I have booked PEO appointment on 07-Oct-2013 at Solihull. I have got Employer letter dated 05-Sep-2013, letter is less than one month old. Will cause problem?

I am with similar issue but my lawyer says it is fine .
