There is already some discussions on this topic as it will affect Tier 1 extension cases from 01/Oct/2013.

However, does anyone have any idea if it will effect Tier 1 ILR applicants or just the T1 extensions -- i.e extra checks on earnings.

Many Thanks.[/i]

It does. Appendix A of the immigration rule is amended to include genuine earning test and both T1 (G) extension and ILR sections refer to Appendix A for points scoring.

How will this extra change affect those who apply for IRL under tier1 G then?

Do we need to prepare any extra documents?

Any thoughts are welcome!
