Currently in UK.

I am unable to find a query similar to mine, hence posting this thread.

I was in UK in 2008 till Dec 2010 in Tier 2 Work Permit visa for a period of 2 yrs and 9 months. Had to leave UK for personal reasons and in 2011 applied for Tier 2 ICT Long term staff immigrant visa. Am currently in UK since Sep 2011.
Please can someone advise if I can be eligible for ILR if I apply in Apr 2014 with my current visa which is Tier 2 ICT?

I think you will come under rules in place after 6th April 2011, which means no provision for ILR and you need to exit UK after 5 years for atleast 1 year cooling off period.
