SET(O) - Queries on filling the form - Question 5.6

Does 5.6 (on Page 12) have to be filled if you aren't claiming maternity / paternity leave?
On page 11 at the end it says
If you are unable to meet the appropriate rate of pay because you are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave you should answer questions 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8. If this does not apply to you, please go to section 6.
However for question 5.6 it says
Complete the following table indicating the sources and levels of income as indicated in 5.1 - 5.5 that you and your partner are relying on to adequately maintain you and any dependants.
Also question 5.6 seems generic i.e. it applies to everyone, while 5.7 and 5.8 are specific to maternity / paternity leave.
Can anyone else who has recently applied for ILR help me and let me know if you have filled 5.6?
