Hi all,

I am in Tier-1 General Visa and eligible for ILR in Oct 2013. My wife is in Tier-1 dependent in UK under the rules in place before 9th July 2012.
My daughter is also in Tier-1 dependent but it was issued only in April 2013.

My wife is not eligible for ILR now since she has not completed 2 years.

My query is whether my daughter will be eligible for ILR along with me in Oct 2013 or will she have to apply with my wife.

No she was born Outside UK

I believe you should be good to apply ILR same time.
