ILR eligibilty - Please advise

Immigration History:
Date first entered UK: 01 March 2009, Date eligible for ILR: 01 March 2014
Absences:
Year 1: March 2009 to February 2010: 11 days (paid Leave)
Year 2: March 2010 to February 2011: 68 days (paid & unpaid leave)
Year 3: March 2011 to February 2012: 124 days (unpaid leave)
Year 4: March 2012 to February 2013: 40 days (paid leave)
Year 5: March 2013 till date: 10 days (paid leave)
I was outside UK for 192 days from December 2010 to July 2011. I was on 1 month paid leave (from Dec to Jan) and was working outside UK (on Indian Salary from February to June).
I am on Tier 2 ICT visa issued in February 2009 issued for 3 years, got it extended for 2 years in 2011.
Am I eligible for ILR? Please advise.
