Hello,

Just wanted to share my experience of applying for settlement at PEO Croydon.

Docs submitted:
Completed Set O
12 payslips
12 bank statements
Letter from employer details absences and paid annual leaves
Life in UK test - Pass notification
Passports and Bio-metric card

- Photocopies of all documents mentioned above.

It was a straightforward case, total process took about an hour and fifteen minutes. The only complication was that I entered UK 82 days after my initial T1 visa issue date - but no questions were asked as you should be alright as long as the delay in travel is less than 90 days.

Very happy with the service provided at the PEO.

Hope this helps.
