Hi
I am applying for my ILR in May 2014, but I need to send my family for 45 days to India, they already stayed around 50 days in India this year in July-Aug. However, I have not been out side UK more than 30 days over the last 1 year. Will this impact my ILR application. Please help thanks

45 Days should not be any issue.But which visa you are and which category you will apply?

Thanks for the reply. I am on Tier 1 General Visa and I am apllying under SET (O). Does the 90 day away rule apply for dependants in this case ?. Thanks
