ILR Situation

Hi,
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.

I am from America, in the UK on a Spousal Visa and it's now time to apply for ILR.
However, my husband is currently not working, he's a part time student.
I have a good job with sufficient salary to support both of us.
We live with my father in law in a mutually beneficial arrangement and will continue to live here indefinitely.

Will I be refused based solely on the fact that he's not working?
He doesn't get any type of pubic funds and we are doing just fine financially.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

No, your earnings will suffice, include last 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements. Remember to include cohabitation proof - one joint letter or a letter each for every 4 months of the last 2 years. If the father-in-law owns the property you reside in, get him to write a letter saying you can both live there. LIUK alone should suffice KoLL as you're a US national.
