ILR - Questions

Hi,

I am applying for ILR on 25th November, My overall absences from UK for the 5 years is 157 days, but my concern is out of those 157 days I had taken 50 days continuous leave in which 35 are paid annual leave and 15 are unpaid leave. Could you please advise me whether there will be any issues with this continuous 50 days leave?

I don't have any evidences for this except employer letter for paid annual leave, so I am planning to submit a letter from myself for unpaid leave. Will this letter be sufficient?

Your advise will be very helpful on this.

Thank you,
Chand.

Assuming this is a PBS application.

So far as the absences are <180 days per 12 month period, then no evidence should be requested.

No, just include the World Pay receipt.
