Hi everyone

please see my dates and advice if i can apply for indefinite leave and brit passport

Jun 07 - Student Visa
Oct 08 - Post study work
Aug 09 - Work Permit
got married in Jun 11
changed visa to FLR(m) on 10 Jan 12

1.Can I apply for indefinite on 15 dec 13? (assuming I can apply 28 days before the expiry of my visa) at PEO?

2. Also, as I have been here for more than 6 years, does previous years count towards my residential qualifying period or I have to wait for 1 year to apply for naturalisation?

thanks in advance

Once you are settled you should be able to naturalise straight away subject to meeting the standard requirements.

For SET(M) make sure you supply cohabitation proof, KoLL includes LIUK and a B1 English Requirement unless exempt.
