Hi,
I am currently on Tier 1 extension and valid till 21st Jan 2014.
I am eligible to apply ILR but unfortunately fined by court as I was having invalid ticket while travelling from Ipswich to Stratford. Pleaded guilty on 14 Jan 2013
I have paid 272£ by going in Court.

Court Extract as below

"Contrary to byelaw 18(1) and 24 of the Railway Byelaws made under Section 219 of the Transport Act 2000 by the Strategic Railway Authority and confirmed
under schedule 20 of Transport Act 2000, as amended by Section 46 of the Railways Act 2005
On 24/09/2012 at between Ipswich and Stratford stations, the defendant not being in a designated complusory ticket area, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having with you a valid ticket entitling you to travel.

Plea: Guilty - 14/01/2013

FO
Fined £124.00
...
"

Do I have any ground to get my ILR sorted or need to wait for 24 months?

A non-custodial conviction is a mandatory general grounds for refusal for ILR for 24 months. Therefore, an extension would be likely until such time as the conviction has lapsed.

Congratulations and your ILR was approved with unspent non-custodial conviction?

Did you declare your conviction in your ILR application?
