HI i need some help please
I got married in nov 2011 and my wife is British citizen that time i was on work permit which was due to expire in feb 2012before expiring my visa i applied for flr(M) in feb 2012 and got my application back in dec 2012
with my visa from dec 2102 till dec 2014
now i was just wondering am i still eligible for set(M) in december 2014 as i applied my flr(M) before 9july 2012 or do i have to apply for another flr(M)

Yes you can apply for SET(M) from 28 days before your 2 years completes ~November 2014.

One more thing If you can help me with it

All my bank statement and utility bills are online can i print them off and they count as original proof of my address or do i have to ring bank and other utility companies up to send me next bills thru post ???

I would suggest original documents rather than E-statements. However, if statements are online only, that should suffice.
