Letter for UK Absences from my Consultant

Friends,
I did couple of business related travel in last five years and I requested to my consultant to provided a Letter in same format as mentioned in this forum.
Unfortunately they have sent it to Birmingham PEO office instead to me, again I requested another copy for myself to submit with Application.
Do we need to take any action on the letter which was sent to Birmingham PEO Office?
