Hi Guru's and everyone.

First of all, i would like to thank all the admin's (especially Amber) on this forum for providing me great support with my application.

I just got my IRL approved this morning at the Croydon PEO. Please see below a summary of my experience below.

Application Type: ILR after 2 years based on marriage (BC)

My appointment was at 8AM, so i got there at 7:15 AM and park in the NCP car park opposite the UKBA building.

Entered the building at 7:30 AM after passing the airport style security.

After security I was directed to floor 3, where they checked my payment details and registered my case; i was given a token with a number and asked to wait in the canteen.

My number was called after 10 minutes asking me to go counter 34 (there are many counters there) where a nice lady checked my file and entered some details on her computer, this took around 10 minutes and i was asked to take a seat and wait for the bio-metrics.

My number was again called 5 minutes later, directing me to another counter for the fingerprints to be taken, after this i was asked to wait in the canteen again.

In the canteen there is a big board which display all the number and call them 1 by 1 for different purposes such as for bio-metrics, case under consideration and documents ready for collection.

I waited for another 45 minutes and my number was called again asking for me to collect my documents.

All in all it took around 1 hour and 45 minutes for the whole process and i was out of the building by 9:30.

I will list the documents i submitted soon, please let me know if you have any more questions.
