Hiya,

I will be grateful if some one resolve my query

I am on Tier 1 General visa and it is expiring in May 2014 same as my Dependent (She is with me as Tier 1 dependent from 2010). However, in March 2014, my 10 years will be completed and I am looking forward to take 10 years route.

My question is :
Can I send my wife's FLR(M) form with my main SET(LR) application? I mean at the same time? or do I have to make any special arrangements for her extension to stay?

As far my understanding from the link is that I will apply for my settlement as LR and wait until receive acknowledgement letter from HO so that it can be used as a reference with wife's FLR(M) form.

Please correct me if I am wrong
