Hi guys,

I am in this contry since 2005 and in dec 2014 my 10 years will be finishing.
At present I have applied for Tier1 entre but after my current leave expired and within 28 days. I don't know what outcome will be.

Now my question is if my decision doesn't come untill then am I eligible to apply for ILR?

I think YES you can apply for ILR in due time , as far as I know I think you didn't break continuous stay condition as you applied within 28 days .
