Documents needed for ILR app on long residency

Hi
I have completed my 10 years in the UK on the basis of a series of lawful stays (student, psw, work permit under T1 general).
I am now ready to submit my application to the UKBA for ILR on the basis of 10 years of lawful residency in the UK. Can any one kindly guide me with the list of the documents I would ideally need in support of my application?
