Letter of Absence & Work Permit Documents

Hi. I am new to this forum and find it extremely informative.

I am applying for ILR on 05 Dec 2013 through SET( O ). I am currently on Tier 2 ICT which was converted from a WP in 2010. I have been out of the UK for 36 days on annual holidays and 9 days on business during the past 5 years. I had two queries. I'd be grateful if any of the experienced forumers could help me with them

1. My employer has informed me that they will only be able to issue letter of absence for the business trips and not for the annual leaves. Would this create an issue? If yes, is there any way around it.

2. Section 11 P asks for documents confirming that I was in employment throughout the work permit period. What document can I provide for this?

It would be greatly appreciated if someone can help me with these queries. TIA

1. should not be a problem.

2. p60, if you have, else ask hmrc for your tax or employment history going back to when you started as wp. search forum for hmrc number.
