Hi, My 10 year long stay application has been refused due to driving conviction in Nov. 2011. Although I have received 2 years temporary grant and as per letter received from Homeoffice, I can reapply for ILR after 24 months of conviction spent which is finished last week.

Now can I apply for ILR on same day instead of postal service?. I have received my visa after 10 months wait and I really do not want to wait another 10 months.

I will appreciate if someone can advise me if I can reapply for ILR on premium same day service.

there is no premium or same day service for long residence ilr.

it is postal application only.
