ILR Query

Hi,
Please can you help me with following query.
I got my first workpermit (Tier1 General Visa) valid from
15.05.2009 to 14.04.2012
2nd visa (extension) From 14.05.2012 to 27.03.2014
Apparently my total workpermit is 4 years 10 and half months.
My query is can I apply for ILR or I have to apply visa for 1 and a half month on same catagory before applying for ILR?
