Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum so please bear with me for any mistakes.

I am on a TG-1 visa and going to apply ILR in July 2014 with my wife who is my dependent. She has passed her life in the UK test and for English language OCR adult literacy entry-3, now a bit confused if this qualification is accepted by home office or not.

Regards,

Thank you Amber for the reply.
OCR is not mentioned on that list, but OCR is a Cambridge, Oxford and RSA qualification and it is regulated by ofgual, that is why I am confused about it. Is there any way I can ask the HO about it, I mean an email address for HO enquiries?
Thanks

Hi,

I sent out the email to HO and got a reply asking me to check the approved qualification list to confirm about if OCR adult literacy level-3 is there on the list. OCR qualifications are not on the list but I have spoken to college where she did the qualification and they said it is acceptable. so confused what to do?? Anybody can help or advice???
Thanks
