10 year long residence SET(LR) previous address confusion

In the 10 year long residence set(lr) form it says if you have lived at this address for less than five years please provide the previous ADDRESS and than there is space for one address only (which means one space for current address and one space for previous address).

I have seen another form in which 2 years adders was required and it was clearly stated in there "if you have lived at this address for less than 2 years please provide the previous ADDRESSS (in SET lr it says address) for the last 2 years and than there are two spaces for two address and after that it states attach a seperate sheet if you need more space.

I am so confused whether I have to give 5 years previous addresses or only one previous address as it states on the form SET (lr).
Really appreciate if some one can help.

When it says 5 years previous address you need to give 5 years address whether it's for ILR, BC, Credit check, Job

you can always write anything in the separate sheet

But the confusion is it doesnot ask for 5 years previous addresses.
The exact wording is
If you have lived at this address for less than five years please give previous address (not addresses).

Well nothing wrong is including past 5 yrs address in a separate sheet
