Section 11 of ILR
If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.
My wife is a home-maker and I made the mistake of not putting any bills in her name or even opening a bank account for her as we operate through just mine. She has an NI number letter dated to our address in 2012 but no other letter in her name in our address.
Now what I saw above, scares me. Will they reject her application because she has no address proof?
Also our application for ILR is in October 2014 so if I get the new proof for her address (with my current address) from January 2014 to October2014 next year - will that be enough as proof or do I need something else? Also are tenancy letters from owner/Letting Agents accepted as valid proof for the period?
Is this a big risk so far? Please HELP
Any suggestions/ help or advice on how to tackle this are most helpful.

Thank you for your reply.
Are you sure letter from the GP is a proof of address accepted by UKBA?
Because the council tax is paid for by my landlord and that might mean we are not on the electoral roll.

Yes. Tenancy Agreement is allowed. Also, take GP letters if she got any. GP card will also work.
