Am I eligible for ILR? Please help...

Hi,
I came to UK in 2006 Nov on Work Permit thru Indian Based company. The WP end date was in 2008, but I was asked to stay in UK so, my WP was extended for one year. Again in 2009 it was extended for one more year with end date in Nov-2010. But I have returned back to India in Sep 2010 due to Father's ill health and later stayed there. I was again asked to come to UK and so applied for CoS and got it in Mar-2011. Then applied for Visa [Tier-2 ICT] and came to UK in Apr-2011.
Will I be eligible for applying ILR.

Nov-2006 till Nov-2008 WP
Nov-2008 - Nov-2009 WP Extended
Nov-2009 - Nov - 2010 WP Extended
Apr-2011 - Apr -2014 New Tier-2 ICT taken from the same company.
