Dear all,
I booked an appointment to apply for ILD on 20/1/2013 but now need to change it as can not make it then!!!

I know if i reschedule it then i will lose the date i booked automatically, but I paid the full amount for myself and my partner, will I have to pay again or will I be charged extra?

I will appreciate if you can tell me your own experiences or know what will happen if I click reschedule.

only when you confirm another date then the existing appointment will be cancelled, there will be no extra charge if it is rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment
