can I apply for ILR

Hi everyone,
My case is a bit tricky.
I have been in the UK for 10 years since July 2003.
I was on student visa from 2003 until 2008.
2008-2009: tier 1(post sudy work)
Got married to an eea national in april 2008 and had 5 years until 2014.
I got divorced in February 2013 and applied for Retained Right which was granted in October 2013 until 2018
FYI - I cannot apply for Permanent residence because I cannot prove the full 5 years of the EEA treaty rights.
So can I apply for ILR based on the 10 years under british law? Does the fact that I got different visas will make it difficult?
Thanks
