i called HO about application status

yesterday i called HO to confirm change of address and status of application. they said application status is incomplete and wait. so wait till u hear from us.what this mean is my application with case worker or still waiting to handle to case worker

Ur guess as same as anybody else. Why dint u asked if it is allocated or not but what difference it will make either way u have to wait until u hear from them.

Usually after biometrics the application is assigned or about to assign to the caseworker but it largely depend on the backlog too.
