hello everyone,
I have a question regarding the set o form. I have an appointment set for ilr in person in first week of January. I have already paid the fees online and wondering if I need to fill the payment information again or leave it blank?

Secondly, in section 7 and point 7.11 wt do I need to fill in. I am on tier1 since 2009 but I cam to UK in 2005 on student visa, completed that in 2007 and came back on tier1 in 2009.Do I need to add the duration I was on student visa. My gap was obviously more than 6 months if I add the student visa too? Do I need to include that or not? Please advise.

7.11. how long have you lived in the UK? Years Months

this is refer to 1st time you entered into UK in your case since your student visa

Thanks for your reply. Does that mean I need to add the total years and month in UK student + tier1 visa i.e. 6.5 yrs? Wt abt the gap I have while I was in Pakistan working there for 2 years. Do I need to add them in the total duration?

Can you pls write in detail......when did you come to UK initially in what visa and when u left UK and then when you rejoined UK ???

I for the first time came to UK in 2005 on student visa, completed my masters degree in 2007 and went back in 2007.

After couple of years in 2009 I came back on tier1 general.Since then I am on tier1 and now applying for ILR.

In this case your new entry clearance visa will count...... which is 2009

Are you 100% sure abt this ? As the section 7 heading is "Personal History"??
