hi
my friend is applying for ILR on the basis of 10 years legal residency in the UK.Everything is fine but a little confusion. He has spent 7 years as Student and 3 years as family member of EEA (Romanian wife).
Someone told us that the Home Office will not take into account 3 years which my friend spend as a family member of EEA,,,,,,,,is it right???

Looking forward to hear from you guys

Are you acting as an Immigration Advisor to 'friends'? Almost every single post you put on the forum is to do with a 'friend'.

So long as the EEA national was exercising treaty rights, the time can be amalgamated.
