Hello everyone.
I am an in country tier-1 visa holder. My 5 years on Tier-1 will be on 20th March 2014, but I have visa till May 2014.
My question is:
Will I be able to apply for ILR in March or lets say 28 days prior to my 5 year period Or I will have to wait till my visa expires.

You can applied 28 days before you complete your 5 years. My visa expiry date was jul 2016 but I applied on 16th dec 2013 as I completed my 5 years by then.
