During the online booking process in a beginning a question they ask which confuse me.

Which category of leave are you applying for?

1 Tier 1 (General)
2 Tier 2
3 Other Main Applicant
4 Dependent

Right now I am on Tier 1(General) in my 5th year. My visa is about to finish in March 2014 So, I am going to applying for SET(O) for ILR.

Do you have any idea that which option do I need to choose.

Hi,

If you are on Tier 1 (G) Main applicant, then you have to select Tier 1 general on the online appointment booking.

and i am guessing, your visa expires March 2014, not 2013...

Thanks for correcting me yes it's expiring on May 2014.

Regarding my question are you sure as the label next to the option asking about the category you are willing to apply and not the category you currently in?

Yes, the category you are applying under for ILR is Tier 1, and in the next screen or the one before it, you mention the application you are making, which is SET (O) for ILR.

I applied the same way for my PEO appointment, and i think everyone did the same....

When is your appointment due? Would be great if we can get the views from senior or someone why got ilr through peo.
