Hi,
I have a query regarding set(o) form.
I got tier1 visa in Feb 2,2009 and i enter to UK on 23 April 2009 which is within 90 days grace period.

Section 6.1 ask when i enter to UK.So which date i need to enter?
Section 7.11 ask how long you live in UK.So i should say 4 years 11 month or 4 years 8 month?

For section 6.1, enter 23 April 2009, as this is your date of entry..

For section 7.11, i have the same query, which i posted on the forum...

You entered the UK on the 23rd of April, therefore this is the day on which you started living in the UK. before the 23rd, you lived outside the UK. Your count should therefore start on the 23rd of April and not February 2.
