when does qualifying period for ILR start for pbs dependent

Hi
I applied for tier 1 dependent visa in May 2012
and got the visa issued in June 2012
I first entered UK in Sept 2012
My husband is going to apply for ILR in March 2014
At this time I will be in UK for 1 year and seven months
I understand that I need to apply for PBS dependent Visa
when my husband Applies for ILR
But am I eligible for 2 year route or 5 year route ?
As I was issues visa as a tier dependent before 9 July 2012
But entered UK after 9 July 2012
Lastly does my qualifying period start from Sept 2012
to the date I complete 2 or 5 years in UK or does it start after my husband gets ILR ?
Any advice would be appreciated
I have read section 319C to 319 E of immigration rules
But I feel my case is a bit tricky
