Unmarried partner of ILR (Ancestry) question - Urgent!

Hello,

So glad I found this site, invaluable!

I am in rather desperate need of help with a question on applying for ILR as a dependent of my unmarried partner applying on Ancestry.

My unmarried partner has an ancestry visa and I have a unmarried partner visa of his ancestry visa for 3years and 8months.
He will apply ILR- SET(O) and I will be a dependant of SET(O).
Is it possible or do I need to apply FLR(M) to extend my visa after he gets ILR?

My partner;
Ancestry - Feb05 to Feb09
Ancestry extension - 04Feb09 to 04Feb14

Mine;
Student visa - Jan05 to 31Oct08
Tier1 (post study work) - 08Oct08 to 08Oct10
Ancestry (unmarried partner) - 29May10 to 04Feb14

We have lived with each other in a relationship akin to marriage for 6 years now, and have all documents showing this for more than 2 years (and did also have to show 2 years cohabitation for the partner visa in May 2010, so could probably find documents showing we've lived together for 5 years if required).

Can I apply as his dependent on ILR?

If anyone can help, knows the rules around this, or has applied as, or with, a dependent to ILR moving from dependent of ancestry visa that would be great!

Thanks.

Do any senior members/moderators/gurus have any idea on my situation?

I'm struggling to find an answer on the home office site, but am hopeful the 2 years cohabitation proof should cover it?

Any hep will be much appreciated...

Thanks.
