Hi
I got my visa as a tier 1 PBS dependent on May 30 2012
But I first entered UK on 9Th sept 2012
My husband will Apply for his ILR in april 2014
I wanted to ask If I am eligible for 2 year or 5 year route ?
I have read section 319c to 319e
But it is unclear to me where I stand

2 year route. From 28 days before 09-Sept-2014. If your spouse is applying as a PBS applicant, you can extend as a PBS dep, if necessary, until such time that you qualify.

Indeed, if he's applying for ILR as a PBS applicant and your leave is expiring.

I also wanted to ask if I would still be eligible to work after I get my PBS Dependent extension
And can I ask how is it that rules before 9th July are applicable to me even though I entered the country after 9th July?
