A few questions regarding the SET(LR) application

Hello all, there are a few questions I'd like to ask regarding the SET(LR) application.

1. I have been in the UK since September 2004 on a few student visas and my stay is a continuous lawful stay so is that 10 years? Assuming it's September 2004 to September 2013 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 if I count it that way its 10 years but if I subtract 2013 by 2004 it's only 9 years so which one is right?

2. I have lost my passport in my first year so I only have the passports from 2005 till now. What can I use as evidence for that year?

3. Although my stay has been continuous I have been going home for at least 4 months every year has that exceeded the maximum of 540 days of not being in the UK for 10 years or is that OK because my stay in the UK has been lawful and continuous?

Thank you very much for reading, hope someone can help :D

1. Sept 04-05 = 1 year
Sept 05-06 = 2 years
Sept 06-07 = 3 years
Sept 07-08 = 4 years
Sept 08-09 = 5 years
Sept 09-10 = 6 years
Sept 10-11 = 7 years
Sept 11-12 = 8 years
Sept 12-13 = 9 years
Sept 13-14 = 10 years

2. School attendance reports?

3. Probably not okay.

Thank you very much for your answer, it's much more clearer now :)
Aah I've been worrying because of my exams in university I'm worried that if I fail they will kick me out and won't be able to keep my student visa and have to go home and can never come back again :(

For the past 2 years I haven't went home once and I only went home once in the year before these 2 years I thought it would make up for the days that I'm gone is there any way to check my record of leaving and entering the country?
