ILR non using EEA4 using father of a british citizen instead

Hi ,
In six months I will be able to apply ofr a ILR after being married 5 year to a spanish citizen, she's got permanent residence therefore our baby, 6 months old is british national, I just want to know if I can apply right now for a ILR using the route of being the father my british baby, and if it is possible how can I do it, I fear using the EEA4 is gonig to be another 6 mnoths waiting

ILR is issued under UK immigration rules and, as a partner to an EU citizen, you do not qualify under those conditions. You can apply for PR using application EEA4

I meant, can I apply for a permanet residence, using the path of being a father of a British citizen instead of using the EEA4
