Hello All,

My Wife entered in this country on my Tier 1 (dependant) on 2012 (her visa was post June 2012 i.e. visa rule changes of 5 yrs remains for her to become PR) and I got my PR (ILR) last year. Her visa is due for extension now and I am a bit confused as to what should I apply for.
Should I apply for her Tier 1 Extension ? If yes what would be the duration of her visa considering that I now have a PR?
I am sure I cant apply for her PR dependant as she has not completed her 5 Yrs in UK.

Anyone can please reply?

Regards,
Shin

She was granted leave as PBS dependant on Dec 2012, but her visa was given till May 2014 i.e. till the time my Tier 1 visa was active. Doesnt make difference now as I currently have ILR.
Further could I also please ask when I need to apply for the dependant, maintenence funds shuld be shown on my account correct?

Thank you for taking time to reply to my post.

If you were granted ILR as a PBS applicant, then yes a PBS dep extension is correct, it will be given for 3 years.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Could I please ask as a confirmation for my wife's maintenance funds can I show my bank statements?
