SET(O) docs proving I've spent five continuous years here

Hi everyone

I have a Tier 1 (General) visa and I'm applying for ILR at a PEO in the next couple of months.

Q11B asks for "Document(s) confirming that you have spent a continuous period of 5 years in the UK", so I have two questions:

1) As a Tier 1 (General) visa holder, do I have a work permit? Isn't this just part of my visa?
2) What "documents" prove my continuous stay?

Apologies if these questions have been answered somewhere else, but I couldn't see anything.

Thanks in advance

travel history from your passport is a pretty good place to begin?

what are your absence situations?

Thanks very much for your reply.

Apart from one holiday where I was unemployed (which I have another post set up for), all my absences were part of my annual leave entitlement whilst employed. I'm getting letters from my employers to back these up.

Can anyone please confirm these for me, please?

So far as absences are <180 days per 12 month no evidence should be requested and if you've got a passport covering the period that should suffice.
