Dear All ,

I am applying for ILR after 5 years continuous stay in UK.

I had gone for a weekend visit to Isle of Man. i.e. went on Saturday and came back on Sunday to UK.

Does this cause any problem in ILR process.

Please advise.

Thanks.

Visitors from the Common Travel Area, made up of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands do not require passports or visas to enter the Isle of Man; Even if you needed to apply for a visa prior to travelling to the Isle of Man, a weekend away will not impact on your application.
