Hi,

Visa Type: Tier 1 General
My EC granted on 17th Feb 2009
Entered UK on 10 May 2009 (82 days delay)
OUT of UK from the day of entry (144 days)
My Visa expiry : 17 Feb 2014

My Question is:
1) Am i elligible for ILR?
2) IF yes - Do my delayed days to enter UK are calculated under "OUT of UK days"?
3) Can some provide me example covering letter stating this situation.

Thanks in advance
B

You neglected to mention your immigration category.

Rule is very Simple. If you have not delayed your entry by 90 days or 3 months, you are OK and can apply for ILR at the end of 5 years Term.
