Hi All,
Please can you suggest when can I apply. I am on Tier-2 (Intra company transfer) visa.

• Visa stamped:- 9-Mar-09
  First Travelled on:- 13-Mar-09

Please suggest me when can I apply from the following three options. Option-1 is not possible at all, however I would like to reconfirm, whether I need to apply only before 28 days before the end of completion of 5 years, or can I wait till I enter into safer options(Option-2 and Option-3).

Option-1 (Applying at the end of 5 years)

So far as absences are <180 days per 12 months then you can apply from 28 days before 9-Mar-14.
