Hi guys
My PEO appointment is due next month ( 08 feb 2013 ) along with my wife as dependent. I am confused on cohabitation docs and would be great if somebody could check the list below and let me know if i am missing anything:

• Council tax letter - dec 2011 - joint names
  Water bill - mar 2012 - joint names
  Council tax letter - mar 2012 - joint names
  Bank letter - june 2012 - Main applicant
  NI letter - june 2012 - Dependent name
  Water bill - sep 2012 - Joint names
  NHS letter - jan 2013 - Dependent name
  Bank statement - Jan 2013 - Main applicant
  Council tax - 15 apr 2013 - Joint names
  Electoral letter - Jun 2013 - Main applicant
  Electoral letter - Jun 2013 - Dependent
  Bank statement - Oct - Nov 2013 - Dependent bank statement
  Electric Bill - Oct - Nov 2013 - Joint names

I am in impression that for each quarter you need to have 3 letters in joint names from different sources or 1 letter in each name that comprises as one evidence. This is not hard & fast rule but try to get as many in a quarter. Hope this helps.

By the way where and what time is your appointment? I also have an appointment at Croydon same day?

Where you got the impression that it's 3 letters per quartee, as I have read in forums that it's normally 6 letters coving last 2 years period with both names or 12 letters covering 2 years period on individual names and the must be from at least 3 different resources.

Mine is on 08 feb at 940 @ Croydon. Application mode is employed on 5 years tier 1 general.

What about you?

I read in this forum, may be misread it. Mine is also in Croydon, 8th Feb @10:00. On Tier1 5years route with wife as dependent.
